Hi-Rez Studios is immediately hiring a Helpdesk Administrator to work at our studio in Alpharetta, Georgia.

What our Helpdesk Administrators do:
- Provide installation, setup, support, and maintenance of servers and other computer systems.
- Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software resources and parts.
- Assist in integrating new applications and technologies into the current systems.
- Create documentation and diagrams for projects and services.
- Windows 10 rollout and rollout techniques E.G. scripting, ghost, etc.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and customers throughout the business on incidents, support requests, projects, and other initiatives.
- Maintain excellent communication with all end users and other members of the technology department.
What we are looking for:
- Completion of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 3 - 5 years of experience network or system administration.
- Ability to excel in a time sensitive, fast paced, 24/7 environment.
- Experience with Windows, Apple administration, and Microsoft Active Directory. Linux is a plus.
- Experience with identity platforms, E.G. OneLogin, Okta, ect.
- Must be able to quickly and correctly diagnose problems with computer systems, determine root cause, and drive resolution.
- Exceptional customer service skills, organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Capable of working with a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly with a high attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to resolve problems quickly.
