What You'll Do:
- Ensure best in-class employee experience for a quickly growing employee base of 200+
- Manage all aspects and deliverables for multi-million dollar office moves - including project timelines, milestones, vendor relations, etc.
- Project manage a team of 7 people experience professionals (Admin, Facilities & IT) to ensure world class employee experience
- Contribute to the creation of project plans, documentation, and requirements for some of the Company’s most critical strategic projects
- Lead cross-functional communication & collaboration across both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop processes and best practices for project management and execution
Your Skillz:
- 4+ years of direct project management experience
- Four year degree
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute within a high-pressure environment
- Adaptable to changing project requirements and business needs
- Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to motivate, encourage, persuade, increase cooperation and reduce tension among team members
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Track record of managing small to medium size teams
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous experience with Gantt charts, MS Project, or other project management tools
- Previous experience managing medium to large scale office moves a plus
