PTW is currently looking for a passionate Head of Talent Acquisition to join our crew. PTW has been a stalwart of external development in the games industry for nearly three decades and is ready to add to our team to support our global recruitment teams.

As the PTW family of brands grows, our Recruitment teams needs to expand our skillset by adding a creative mind to our team. We are looking for a senior level Recruitment professional who can operate at both a strategic and a tactical level. Someone who can lead and develop the current team of Recruitment professionals, as well as provide counsel to our strategic partners.

The ideal candidate for this role is excited about our brands and our people, and looking to bring their own magic and experience to the team to support the attraction of our future rockstars. Our corporate offices are moving to Medford, Oregon but this role can be based remotely anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
• Lead all sourcing strategies
• Implement online and offline employer branding activities
• Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
• Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
• Directly support the Senior Management team in all key and senior hires
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
• Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters
• Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
• Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
• Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
• Be actively involved in global and regional projects, as well as undertake other HR responsibilities that are reasonably required from time to time.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Director/Head of Talent Acquisition or similar role
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
• Good team-management abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
