Dubit is an extremely fast-growing Metaverse games studio, pushing boundaries in producing creative experiences across emerging platforms such as Roblox, Fortnite and Core. The job? Well we’re looking for an experienced Head of Studio Production to lead our production teams across multiple disciplines for both Web 2 and Web 3. As an experienced Head of Studio Production and member of our senior management team, you will develop and improve our production strategy, along with line-managing and mentoring your team. You will act as the project relationship manager with all internal studio parties, improve production and organisation processes, as well as being the point of accountability and ownership for all Studio production projects.

Head of Studio Production Responsibilities:
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Oversee and provide leadership and management to teams in the studio, taking responsibility for decisions and actions externally with clients and partners
- Working with the talent acquisition team creating a high talent density of production teams, including upskilling existing staff.
- Oversee resourcing and scaling, to avoid overload, and ensure team members can enjoy a good work-life balance
- Working with the commercial team to summarise new and existing business across all teams, and take responsibility for assessing capacity, solving the impact on resourcing, securing recruitment for projects, and other business processes
- Lead, coach and develop senior production team to make sure all staff have a growth plan, ensuring all staff Undertake regular 1:1s ,appraisals, probation and salary reviews, in line with company policy.
- Represent the studio at the senior leadership team and board meetings as requested by the Founders/CEO.
- Create a culture of feedback to drive studio improvements and plan future initiatives for the studio.
- Articulate the company vision, set strategic direction, and lead company culture initiatives
- Be responsible for P&L outcomes of the studio as a whole and for the individual performance of production squads.
- Ensure the creation and improvement of project’s schedule, budget, production pathways, and overall plan; continue to provide leadership through the full product life-cycle
- Get hands on and manage changing priorities and implement plans (staffing, space planning etc.) to meet business and project needs.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Strong experience of working with a spread of digital projects with financial values of $100k to $1m+ and timelines of 4 weeks to over 6 months
- Interest in past, present, and emerging trends in digital production
- Extensive experience in production, including expertise in a wide range of production tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills regarding technical and project management issues
- Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with the ability to capture areas of optimisation and growth
- Experience in managing and growing large teams 80+.
- Passionate about empowerment leadership, giving others trust and direction, and in following-up with constructive feedback on results and efforts
- Ability to interact and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders in ensuring successful project delivery and acceptance.
- Excitement at the prospect of leading and shaping a growing team, and being part of the leadership of our studio at this exciting stage of our evolution
