Twitch에서 APAC 지역 안전 운영 팀의 일상적인 업무 수행을 이끌 경험이 풍부한 운영 관리자를 찾고 있습니다.

안전 운영은 Twitch를 누구나 마음 놓고 커뮤니티를 구축할 수 있는 안전한 곳으로 만들기 위한 저희 노력의 핵심이죠. 안전 운영 책임자(APAC)는 세계 곳곳의 검토 인원 업무를 조율하는 신뢰 및 안전 팀의 중추 역할을 합니다.

업무 내용

• 광범위한 시장에서 요구되고 유행하는 사업을 지원하기 위해 아시아 태평양 지역에서 Twitch의 안전 운영 팀을 이끌고 성장시킵니다
• 부서의 매니저와 개별 기여자 등 팀원을 관리하고 멘토링합니다
• 글로벌 매니지먼트 동료와 협력해:
  • 예상 업무량을 예측하고, 정확한 목표를 잡고, 방법과 투입을 실험해 지속적으로 승인을 받습니다
  • 정해진 서비스 레벨 계약 내에서 모든 업무량을 처리할 수 있도록 예측에 따라 적절한 리소스를 확보하고 일정을 잡습니다
  • 품질 보증, 교육, 후속 영향 프로그램을 적용합니다
• 주요 지표와 KPI를 추적 및 달성 등의 사전 조치를 통해 목표 성과를 이룰 수 있도록 합니다
• Twitch 사업 전반에 걸쳐, 특히 파트너십, 법률, 커뮤니케이션, 정책, CX, 프로덕트 팀을 중심으로 상호 업무 협력하여 관련 업무를 조율합니다
• 빠르게 변화하는 복잡한 환경에서 대규모 프로젝트와 계획을 수행합니다
• 성과 관리 및 운영 효율성 향상을 위한 전략을 개발합니다
• 생방송 서비스의 특성에 따라 문제가 발생했을 때 대응할 수 있도록 세계 각지의 시간대에 걸쳐 업무를 수행하며 신뢰 및 안전 글로벌 리더와 정기적으로 소통합니다
• 안전 관련 이벤트, 업계 모임/작업 그룹, 외부 협력 상황에서 Twitch 신뢰 및 안전을 대표합니다
• CSAM 또는 잠재적인 불법 동영상이나 이미지 등 민감하거나 부적절한 콘텐츠를 처리하는 검토팀을 돕습니다.

자격 요건

• BA/BS 학위
• 온라인 안전, 검토, 고객 서비스 분야에서 7년 이상의 경력 및 5년 이상의 직접적인 관리 경험
• 대규모 운영팀 구성 및 운영에 대한 전문성
• 아시아 태평양 지역의 광범위한 문화적 고려 사항과 뉘앙스에 대한 폭넓은 친숙함
• 급변하는 온라인 서비스 또는 플랫폼의 요구 사항을 충족하기 위한 운영팀 조율 능력
• 문제 해결 및 실행에 대한 데이터 기반 접근 방식
• 뛰어난 영어 쓰기 및 구두 의사소통 능력
• 세계 곳곳에 분포되어 있는 연중무휴 팀의 일원으로 유연한 업무 수행을 편안하게 받아들일 수 있어야 합니다

About the Role

Twitch is looking for an experienced Safety Operations Manager to lead the daily fulfillment of tasks for its Safety Operations team in the APAC region.

Safety Operations is at the core of our efforts to keep Twitch a welcoming and safe place for people to build communities. The Senior Safety Operations Manager (APAC) will therefore be an element of the Trust & Safety team, coordinating the efforts of global moderation units across multiple locations.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Safety Operations, you will help serve our growing community. We look for the qualities of professionalism , initiative, and sound decision-making in all candidates, and you will have a background in operational management in the fields of online Trust & Safety, content moderation or customer service.

You Will:

• Lead Twitch's Safety Operations team in the Asia Pacific region to support our needs and trends across multiple markets
• Manage team members, including line managers and individual contributors
• Work with global management peers to oversee:
• Forecast expected workload, working to accuracy targets and experimenting with methodologies and inputs to approve
• Resourcing and scheduling of resources, following forecasts, to fulfill the processing of all workload within defined Service Level Agreements
• Implement quality assurance, training and downstream impact programs
• Oversee the tracking and achievement of metrics, taking measures to ensure achievement of target performance levels
• Work throughout the Twitch business to coordinate relevant work, with emphasis on Partnerships, Legal, Comms, Policy, CX, and Product teams
• Develop strategies for performance management and operational efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety global leadership, working across international time zones to ensure issue response following the nature of a live streaming service
• Represent Twitch Trust & Safety at relevant safety events, industry gatherings/working groups and external collaborations
• Aid the Moderation team in the handling of sensitive or disturbing content including CSAM or potentially illegal video or images

You Have:

• BA/BS degree
• 7+ years in an online safety, moderation or customer service field, with 5+ years of direct management experience
• Expertise in the creation and development of large operational teams
• Familiarity with different cultural considerations and nuances in the Asia Pacific region
• Experience coordinating operational teams to meet the demands of a fast-paced online service or platform
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving and execution
• Comfortable with working flexibly as part of a globally-dispersed 24/7/365 team
• Mentally and emotionally resilient to offensive or disturbing behavior, language, and content
