The Opportunity:

We believe that delivering an exceptional experience to all our guests is the most important thing we can do at Sandbox VR, whether it’s their first time trying VR or an avid fan. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee our guest experience and our retail operations as we scale of our US retail footprint from 3 to 20 locations within the next year.

Here’s how you’ll make a huge impact:
Retail Operations Business Model: You'll create a working real-time model across all stores as we scale, managing the P&L and tracking and improving customer satisfaction and other metrics. You'll also develop the Store Operations Plan documenting the retail process, compliance, training, and scheduling.
Individual Store Performance: You'll develop a custom revenue model for each store based on its unique regional demographics to optimize store performance. Details include ensuring successful store launches by generating demand, quickly achieving and maintaining target bookings, and engaging in local sales and marketing campaigns to hit revenue targets.
People Leadership: You'll manage a large and growing base of retail non-exempt hourly employees, Store Managers, and District Managers by taking responsibility for training and employee development. Because you put the needs of your team first, you'll represent the interests of the retail team at the company leadership level and ensure that our retail staff are trained on our products, technology, and experiences.
Collaboration with Diverse Teams: You'll closely collaborate with the Marketing, Retail Development, Online Platform, Release Operations, Reliability, Core VR Platform, People Operations, and Finance teams to ensure that our goals are accomplished and that we are creating new processes that improve store performance.
