Dreamhaven is looking for an experienced leader to establish and manage our publishing platform and operations team. The publishing platform team is responsible for the products, infrastructure, technology and operations that power and support Dreamhaven’s future games and other products.
This role will manage a multi-discipline team responsible for Cloud, Commerce, Customer Service, Data and AI, Gameplay Services, Identity and Social, Live Operations, and Security. Additionally, this group is responsible for creating and implementing company-wide processes and work systems for prioritization, coordination and orchestration of game launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a dynamic publishing platform team to support multiple games across different genres
- Lead the global publishing platform strategy and implementation for Dreamhaven’s games
- Partner with Dreamhaven’s studios to develop, distribute and support amazing games
- Outline a multi-year roadmap that drives the player experience from launch through live services
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional product team across platform technology, security, localization, live operations, quality assurance, analytics/insights, commerce, publishing, and customer service
- Foster an environment that is free from failure to test new ways to reach, engage, and surround players and fans
Qualifications
- Significant experience in a senior technology or operations roles at a top company in the entertainment or technology industry
- Demonstrated success as part of a team that has launched a new franchise or product
- Solid expertise in major areas of game publishing and support, including: distribution platforms, game services, account and billing services, security, localization and quality assurance
- Proven track record in crafting a clear strategic vision that was communicated clearly and adopted through all levels of an org and delivered results
- Excellent abilities to provide clear and concise direction/feedback to stakeholders as well as the ability to influence and collaborate with others
