Head of Performance Marketing

Summary

Reporting to the VP of Growth this is a critical role in the Growth organisation as the company looks to scale its existing games and builds out its plans for future releases too.
As Head of Performance Marketing, you will be looking after a team of extremely talented Performance Marketing specialists and owning the hard and soft KPIs of this department.
This role will need you to collaborate closely with the Product Marketing, Ad tech & Reporting, Data Science and Data Analysis teams to build a robust cadence of test, learn and scale within the various performance channels.
This is a senior role not just in the Growth org but within the entire business and we are looking for someone to help us in our ambitions to be the best marketing and Growth team in mobile gaming.
