[ ABOUT THE ROLE ]
- Krafton India is looking to hire a Head of Operations, Operations Director, or similar leadership role with over 15 years of experience, ideally in the multinational company structure and tech/gaming/media companies.
[ RESPONSIBILITIES ]
- Mainly responsible for overseeing and managing operations (Finance, HR, IT, and Admin) of Krafton Inc. India.
- Design policies that align with overall strategy and formulate business operational strategy along with others in the executive team.
- Annual budgeting and operating plans. Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
- Implement efficient processes and standards in the function of Finance, HR, IT, and Admin.
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws
- Be representative of Krafton Inc. India for official events including networking, government relations, etc.
[ REQUIREMENTS ]
- Well versed with all business functions including HR, Finance, Admin, IT & Regulatory Compliance.
- Experiences for reporting to top management in the office with knowledge of data analytics, numbers, and financial planning.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills including vendor management
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Strong relationship management, facilitation, and team management skills.
