Head of Monetization

The biggest up-and-coming social gaming start-up around is looking for a talented leader for its Monetization department! You will lead all monetization aspects of the game including live-ops content and campaigns. You'll be taking charge of the planning, conception, design, and execution.

We need someone with a creative mind who loves data and has a passion for running an operation at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define a sustainable monetization strategy that is in line with the game’s vision
• Working closely with product, R&D, and Creative on the design and execution of monetization elements while monitoring results, reacting accordingly, and analyzing them.
• Oversee, implement and review team planning processes and effectiveness, including reviewing team capacity, allocation, and operations
• Manage full-cycle live-ops promotions including setting goals, planning, execution, and postmortem examinations.
• Constantly optimizing monetization strategies to identify future opportunities for growth
• Define measurable KPIs and regularly review campaigns against strategic objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 4 years of managerial experience in live-ops / monetization / CRM / marketing – must.
• Data-driven and creative mind!
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and Hebrew, both player-facing and internal (team-facing)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently or within a team environment
• Experience working in a game team – Big advantage.
• Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics
