Head of Marketing for the new product

Job Overview
In this role you will be the one to develop and give life to a new product marketing positioning and strategy. You will build your own team as a product operational decisions center, and use the help of existing network of regional marketers and subject matter experts across a number of disciplines. You will actively collaborate with Design and Development to ensure game success in the market. A successful candidate will be ambitious, self-sufficient, creative, business-focused, and a convincing communicator. Deep passion for PC gaming is a must.

This role reports to Product Marketing Director
What will you do?
- You will develop and execute marketing strategy for a new unannounced product, including launch plan and mid-/long-term support
- You will develop new product marketing positioning, test it and adjust as necessary
- You will collaborate closely with Publishing, Design and Development to help build the product answering market needs, and ensure that marketing is true to the product
- Deliver on new product marketing KPIs (NewMAU and aCPA), input into KPIs and budget setting
- Build and lead the new product marketing team within wider marketing team
- Operate the announced product marketing budget and manage day-to-day activities in support of the product, with help of own team, Global and Regional marketing teams, and internal and external Services
- Report on results of the new product marketing campaigns and ongoing activities
- Order research and analytics necessary for product marketing decision-making
- Continually review product KPIs, changes to the market, players’ trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
What are we looking for?
- Wide and deep experience in gaming marketing
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Enthusiastic player (PVP, shooters)
- NA and West EU markets expertise
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- 2+ years of managerial experience
- Engaging communicator, fluent English
