Head of Marketing Operations

Job Overview

World of Tanks Marketing is looking for the Head of Marketing Operations to lead the group of highly skilled marketing professionals, each of whom is the star of their domain. We are searching for the person with the complex knowledge of marketing, who will be able to motivate the team and help them to evolve their potential. Our marketing department is the multinational environment, so experience with different cross-culture setups is highly welcomed!

Reports To

The role report to Product Marketing Director, World of Tanks

What will you do?

• Be responsible for the quality of product marketing support with:

  • Communication strategy
  • Performance Media
  • Influencer marketing
  • Partnerships
• Team leadership – developing marketing professionals by setting their goals according to product strategy and helping them achieve those. Guide their day-to-day activities, provide feedback, necessary resources, and growth opportunities
• Manage relationship with internal stakeholders
• Manage relationship with internal and external services
• Design and implement processes for efficient cooperation within marketing team and with other departments

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of managerial experience
• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Experience in gaming industry
• Strong management skills
• Cross-cultural literacy, working with international team
• Collaboration and networking
• Decision making mindset
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Knowledge of Wargaming products is a plus
• Knowledge of Russian language
