Come play with us! Amazon is looking for a Head of Marketing Operations for the Prime Gaming Marketing team. This role will own Creative Services, Production, Operations and Key Account Management. This leader will be responsible for designing and managing the business processes from content and program management to creative design of partner and product assets to be trafficked across the marketing channels. You will work closely with the Brand, Growth Marketing and Channel Marketing teams to establish high-value marketing services, world-class creative assets and tools, best practices, procedural rigor, operational and process improvements, and analytical insights.


Role Responsibilities:
This role requires an individual with excellent account management and services abilities, an eye for outstanding creative design and programming, production and analytical acumen, and exceptional written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will be driven by operational excellence and have a strong understanding of marketing KPIs and go-to-market channels. They will be adept at Brand building and creative presentation, effective production models, assessing and implementing tools with a deep understanding of the underlying proficiencies, building workflow streams and the ability to assimilate new methodologies into a fast-paced environment. This role is inherently cross-functional, working closely with Business Operations, external partners, central marketing teams, design, operations, and product teams. They will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
· Lead organizational goal setting, tracking and communication
· Drive marketing lead flow process in partnership with the Business Operations team to ensure effective handoffs, strengthen trust and value proposition to our Partners and Customers, and ensure a continuous feedback loop on operational quality
· Develop a standardized planning and reporting cadence at the GEO, country, segment and campaign level
· Own process for annual resource planning, allocation, and tracking headcount and budget
· Develop and distribute monthly reporting package with analysis of results and business impact
· Design and enhance processes to measure marketing outcomes and investment efficacy
· Develop and deploy marketing operations tool suites to drive team productivity
· Engage with Business Operations teams to create measurable shared goals and track those goals
· Create process for gathering input for multiple reporting mechanisms, and report out as needed including monthly reports for business and marketing leadership

Basic Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· 10+ years of experience in leading a design and production team in an agency or Corporate Marketing department team
· 5+ years of managerial experience with a track record of success motivating and empowering creative teams by setting clearly defined processes, targets, and goals in a fast and deadline-driven environment with high expectations from stakeholders.
· Experience with project management and process improvement
· Experience with marketing and channel automation tools, process and KPIs relating to operational efficiencies and excellence
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing

Preferred Qualifications

· High level proficiency in JIRA and other workflow software systems and issue tracking products s
· Expert fluency in Adobe applications; proficiency in MS Office, and SharePoint
· Strong business communication and analytical skills - written and verbal skills need to be a strength
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced, matrixed environment
· Employs sound critical thinking & problem-solving approaches, comes to the table with solutions
· Gaming and digital entertainment industry experience a plus
