What will you do at Social Point?

As part of the global Analytics Leadership team you will manage the Marketing Analytics team and work with senior stakeholders to create and execute the roadmap for marketing optimisation.

You will also lead our multiple data science activities to improve acquisition and retention of Socialpoint’s customers by closely collaborating with our data engineering team. On top of these scientific challenges, you will be responsible for ensuring that these services are deployed into production reliably, ensuring the quality of your algorithms and also selecting the most relevant technology for this purpose.

In addition, you will be managing and mentoring a team of very talented and experienced data scientists and analysts to keep growing as fundamental contributors. You must be ready to support and advise the team to make both scientific and technical decisions.

Finally, you will also become the reference point for discussing and evaluating marketing analytics problems with senior stakeholders. For that, you will keep track of the latest developments in the industry and perform hands-on data exploration and analyses using our large collection of data.

This is you:

• Strong experience applying analytics to answer business questions
• Experience managing and growing a team of very highly qualified technical people
• Strong SQL and programming skills (Python or equivalent) for exploratory data analysis
• A Masters degree in a quantitative field (e.g Physics, Stats, Maths, Engineering)
• Experience applying analytics to digital marketing organization, ideally in a mobile business
