This role is responsible for the revenue, profit and overall success of all live games. You make decision for all operational live games based on subjective facts (player input) and objective facts (data analysis). You hold all knowledge within live games and will share them to developing projects. It is a leadership role with focused on workforce planning and performance of all producers.Responsibilities
- Meet the revenue and profit goal of the studio
- Responsible that live services meet the expectation of players
- Responsible for the grow of player community and maintain its healthy level
- Ensure the allocation of resource based on the performance and potential of live products
- Propose game goals and direction to Studio Director
- Lead producers to ensure the execution of game's vision, scope, schedule, and resource plan
- Deliver new features and mechanics to continuously engage players to expend the lifespan of the products
Requirements
- University degree in the field of business, psychology, mathematics or comparable qualification
- 6+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or Producer of live operation experience of one game or multiple games
- Experience of managing big scale team preferably multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent knowledge of f2p products, KPIs, business model and user monetization
- Excellent at product performance analysis and familiar with modern product management techniques and practices. Can turn the observation into action plans
- Strong knowledge of current demands and trends in the online game space
- Excellent leadership skills, able to motivate teams and individuals, encourage ownership, recognize good talent and drive for excellence
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and conflict management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong hands-on mentality, thorough and precise work ethic
- Able to prioritize, multi-task and perform in a deadline-oriented environment
- Passion for games
- Fluent in written and spoken English
