Job Overview
We are looking for a communications expert who can embrace our values and connect Wargaming across all locations. The Head of Internal Communications will manage a distributed team and collaborate with cross-functional partners and senior leadership to foster company communications up, down and across Wargaming, providing employees with the ability to learn and share useful business and personal information to motivate and engage all employees.

What will you do?
Internal Communications Strategy design:
- Develop the Comms strategy for a global, multi product gaming company
- Align the Internal Communications Strategy to support Company, Product and Business Function Strategies
- Coordinate Internal Communications Strategy execution with the global IC team
Top management communications:
- CEO communications for key audiences
- Assess top management communication needs with further comms plans development
- Draft messages or texts for distribution in written or spoken form
- Ensure the consistent framing of internal messaging across the company
- Manage important updates and announcements
Content & Community management:
- Assess employees’ informational awareness and comms needs
- Facilitate dialog “employee–employee”, “employee–manager”
- Measure impact and refine IC approach based on these measurements
- Own and develop company multi-channel comms tools and processes
- Full cycle support for comms events such as live streams and town halls (briefing, tech support, announcement, Q&A, etc.)
Crisis Communications:
- Develop comms approach for topics of immediate attention and rapid delivery to employees
- Liaise with and guide PR/HR/Legal/Leadership team
- Align internal messages and timelines with PR statement and plan
Stakeholder management:
- Build a trusted relationship with senior leadership to support execution of their priorities
- Establish communication cadence with key Products and Business Functions to ensure their messages are effectively communicated
- Be a strategic and tactical partner to the Leadership team especially for complicated and sensitive communications
- Keep managers informed on the topics of their interest
- Stay up to date with industry news and understand how it could affect Wargaming

What are we looking for?
- Able to influence senior leaders and stakeholders, and build constructive alliances
- High emotional intelligence, matched with the ability to get stuff done
- Track record of providing strategic insights and creative inspiration to senior management
- Ability to turn complex information into clear proposals and engaging content for audiences
- Excellent written and oral skills, fluent English and Russian
- Experience using digital & social media platforms to connect communities & positively influence engagement
- Experience working in a multilingual & multicultural environment
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- IT/Gaming industry experience is a great advantage
