Head of Talent Partnerships

As our Head of Influencer Marketing, you will be leading the team that manages our relationships with top influencers to ensure that they are using the Discord platform and programs in ways that are most beneficial for the company, their fans, and the influencer. You will also play a key role in advocating internally on behalf of influencers and in educating colleagues about influencer marketing programs. This position will report to the Director of Marketing.
What you'll be doing
- Manage relationships with top global Discord influencers including providing proactive and reactive guidance and support at the individual and group levels
- Set measurable goals, create strategies, guide tactical execution, and measuring Return on investment of our overall program
- Communicate relevant company, platform and program news and information efficiently and effectively in order to maximize influencer engagement
- Track performance of the influencer program in the aggregate and the performance of individual influencers.
- Research and analyze new Discord influencer needs, trends, content and opportunities in the competitive contexts of social media and marketing
- Develop new influencer business for Discord both by identifying and on-boarding new influencers and by supporting content improvement and expansion from existing ones
What you should have
- 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, relationship/partnership/account management or partner marketing
- Experience negotiating agreements
- Experience building and managing a team.
