The Head of Diversity and Inclusion will have the mandate to be a change agent that influences the organization on matters of diversity and inclusion, both internal and external. This will include coordination, and strategic planning for the design and implementation of programs in alignment with the company-wide platform to ensure diversity, equity, and respect for all employees. We want to ensure that employees are seen, heard, and valued. This will also include participating directly with Epic teams that fund external-facing grant and educational programs focused on providing educational exposure, access to technology, and development opportunities for communities currently under-represented in our industry.

The Head of D&I will champion, promote, and develop inclusion strategies and diversity initiatives across our global footprint and within all functions. They should have a history of driving innovation, finding new solutions, and creating new programs that lead to tangible results. This individual will continually test new ways to develop programs and take a creative approach to diversity and inclusion. Epic is a high growth, fast-paced environment, and the Head of D&I will be a critical member of leadership at Epic.
