Intro

As the Head of Data Engineering at FRVR, you will be at the forefront of building a data-driven culture. Your leadership will shape the data foundation that impacts every facet of our business. You will oversee the data engineering team, ensuring that the data infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and accessible for all stakeholders.

Challenges & Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
  
• Technical Strategy: Develop and implement a data engineering roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  
• Data Governance: Establish data governance policies to ensure data quality and compliance with legal regulations.
  
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other department heads to identify data needs and deliver solutions.
  
• Innovation: Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to ensure that FRVR remains at the cutting edge of data engineering.

We are looking for someone with:

• Leadership: Proven experience in leading data engineering teams, with a focus on building and scaling data solutions.
  
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Cloud Database technologies, SQL, Python, Javascript, and R.
  
• Business Acumen: Strong ability to translate business needs into data engineering solutions.
  
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
