Head of Customer Success, Games

As the Head of Customer Success, you will lead the effort in managing customer outcomes for our end-to-end platform solutions, with a focus on ensuring successful adoption and value realization for all of our customers. You enjoy the challenge of cross-team collaboration and will work alongside our Customer Success, Business Development and Product teams to unify the customer experience. You will have deep experience running Enterprise/SaaS Customer Success business. Most importantly, you know how to build & lead a customer success org that is in tune with our most valuable developer partners.

You’re naturally curious and adapt to the ever-changing world. You have an instinct for the consumer - where they are and where they’re heading. You’re a natural problem solver who can map solutions to needs quickly. You’re able to juggle multiple balls in the air, context switching and triaging priorities when necessary. In this role, you will...
- Serve as an expert and trusted advisor of the Forte Platform, Products and Services
- Own customer lifecycle management (adoption rate, NPS, retention/renewal, revenue, advocacy)
- Understand business needs and requirements of our partners and recommend solutions utilizing Forte technologies
- Incorporate evolving customer needs into GBU product roadmap, ensuring Product Market fit
- Lead the customer success team to ensure successful onboarding and measure your success with timely product launches from customers
- Be the voice of the customer to the company & company advocate to customer, by understanding what our customers are paying attention to in the Blockchain space and how those translate to opportunities in Forte product.
- Directly contribute to the success of initiatives that have organization-wide impact, whether it’s enabling operational support for large enterprise partnerships globally, or working with internal business units to drive operational effectiveness.
The ideal leader will have…
- 10+ years supporting customers in an enterprise SaaS business or technology provider in a lead success or account management role.
- Experience building relationships with a large portfolio of customers (>50).
- Understand software development, along with the tools and services in the space
- Experience working with technical and product design teams to gather requirements and communicate them to stakeholders.
- An ability to consistently meet timelines, and operate with a sense of urgency, even through ambiguity or changing business needs.
Bonus if you also have...
- Experience with the fundamentals of blockchain technology, developer platforms, game design, and/or token economics
- High-growth or early-stage startup experience
- Experience in game development
