Playtika is looking for a Head of Corporate Global Internal Communication to build and lead Playtika's internal communications strategy and guidelines to inspire, engage, and motivate employees by increasing their knowledge with Playtika’s belief, purpose, and vision and making them proud of being part of the Playtika family and mission.

Responsibilities
- Develop and build the internal communications function from the ground up and lead a strategic shift in the overall engagement approach.
- Lead Playtika’s internal communications strategy by bringing know-how and ongoing research to ensure we have the latest methodologies, processes, and knowledge in the communications domain.
- Establish company-wide community, cultural and vision-led initiatives to inform, connect and engage employees.
- Oversee the cross-functional partnership of a heavily matrixed internal communications organization.
- Lead, develop and implement all internal communication plans, calendars, content, etc and define metrics to assess their effectiveness.
- Partner with external communications colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment between internal and external communications.
- Work closely with the leadership team to design and implement internal communications campaigns that consistently reiterate the company’s goals, values, DNA, and vision.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and business leads, define their communication requirements and provide them with strategic advice and counsel and oversee corporate policy.
- Become a trusted advisor while promoting a culture of respect and integrity, motivating others to give their best efforts
- Engage and connect a culturally diverse employee audience through innovative outreach.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in global matrixed organization along with experience leading internal communications for a company undergoing growth.
- Experience managing teams through influence and inspiration to achieve desired results.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic communications plans across a highly matrixed organization and in alignment with the goals of the organization.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, link strategies to internal communications plans.
- Strong personal impact with the ability to build relationships and credibility. Ability to develop and effectively manage strong working relationships with senior executives and interact with individuals across functions and at all levels of an organization.
- Cultural sensitivity to effectively plan internal communications for a diverse group of colleagues.
- Entrepreneurial and a hands-on style with a strong bias for action and results. Unafraid to jump in as needed while working effectively in an innovative environment that values collaboration without ego.
- Operate at a high level of intensity, act with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality.
- Excellent verbal communicator, strong writer, editor, and storyteller who can distill complex concepts, craft a compelling narrative and build an emotional connection.
- Great interpersonal skills demonstrated through working cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including partnering on communication requirements and providing strategic advice and counsel.
