Rec Room is looking for a talented Head of Consumer Insights to lead and execute a number of qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to support Rec Room’s marketing and product teams. Candidates must be comfortable building and leading the end-to-end research process instead of outsourcing work to vendors.

Our ideal candidate loves engaged player communities and possesses a strong curiosity and passion to understand the “whys” that drive player behavior and decision-making. They will be adept at using traditional research methods and is comfortable suggesting new approaches and original thinking.
