Head of CRM (m/f/d)

Deine Aufgaben

• You create & define the CRM strategy for the gamigo group, and lead a team to increase customer retention, engagement, monetization and reactivation
• You enable the CRM team to achieve common strategic goals and are responsible for the set-up & coordination with other stakeholders and departments
• You develop and unify the approach to all customer initiatives throughout different functions, evaluating and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• You take ownership to automate our communication across the various customer touchpoints to bring our Customer Lifetime value to the next level
• You enable the team to plan campaigns while taking every single customer touchpoint into account to create an awesome customer experience
• You are responsible for budgets & forecasting and assure that the reporting of relevant KPIs is up to date

Das solltest du mitbringen

• Experience in leading a team in a dynamic environment
• Understanding of Gaming Communities and Geek Culture is a plus
• Profound professional experience in CRM, Email Marketing, Re-targeting and Customer Lifecycle Management; (ideally 3-5 years)
• Strong communication skills as well as a goal-driven and team-oriented working style
• An affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills, paired with the ability to find creative solutions, as well as a high level of initiative and reliability
• Deep understanding of CRM tools, Social Media and related KPIs
• Experience with Exponea is a plus
• A good technical understanding and the ability to translate CRM requirements into technical tasks
• University degree in Economics, Marketing, Digital Media or related fields
• Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus
