Moon Active is one of the world’s fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.
We’re looking for an experienced and talented Head of CRM to build and manage our CRM team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement best practices for our CRM activity, including push notifications and email marketing campaigns.
- Define measurable KPIs and regularly review campaigns against strategic objectives.
- Own the recruitment, management and development of a new CRM Manager before they join a well-established/new studio.
- Oversee, implement and review team planning, processes and effectiveness, including reviewing team capacity, allocation and operations.
- Work closely with Monetization teams to enhance audience segmentation, customer modeling and campaign performance reporting.
- Manage push notifications and email marketing campaigns for Moon Active’s game studios.
- Utilize all of the CRM system’s capabilities and own the relationship with the CRM platform.
- Be responsible for the entire CRM budget.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a CRM manager or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in matrix management or direct management of team leaders
- Experience with scaling and building excellent teams.
- Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in copywriting
