Head of Xsolla Pay

We are seeking an experienced payments executive to lead our Xsolla Pay initiative to become the preferred payments option for over 200 million gamers and customers globally over the next several years. Our vision is to utilize Xsolla’s 18 years of experience in the gaming payments space to make Xsolla Pay the leading gaming payments product. Xsolla Pay offers gamers and partners an innovative option that allows for easy and secure purchases and gaming transactions. This role is a highly visible role at Xsolla that works directly with our founder.
The ideal candidate has experience managing payments product development, selling enterprise payments solutions, and partnering with payments service providers. Experience working at or selling to game developers also preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a GTM plan for Xsolla Pay for both current Xsolla developer partners and future merchant customers
- Develop partnerships with merchants and game developers to include Xsolla Pay as a preferred payments option
- Promote marketing initiatives to raise awareness of Xsolla Pay
- Lead a team of 4-6 developers to manage continuous product enhancements
- Own the three year product and technical roadmap
- Work with Xsolla’s team to develop fiat and digital payments alternatives on Xsolla Pay
- Evangelize Xsolla Pay internally, at conferences, and in industry marketing publications
- Own the P&L of Xsolla Pay and report back business metrics
- Lead analytical studies to improve the reach and adoption of the product
- Collaborate closely with Xsolla’s founder, legal team, and other portfolio companies and investments
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience overall, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in payments
- Leadership experience at a disruptive product such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or Samsung Pay is especially valuable
- Proven track record of delivering payments products and improvements
- Proven track record inking payments partnerships and enterprise sales
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and tactics
- Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cryptocurrencies is preferred
