HRIS Analyst

Job Description

Reporting to the VP HR Group and within the Human Resources team, you will work as an HRIS Analyst. This is an exciting and diverse role involving many responsibilities.

Your 1st main mission will be focus on helping finalizing Workday Implementation.You will be the principal point of contact for all the HR population.

Your main responsibilities will be:

1/ Workday work tool and performance management:

• Evaluate, Manage and maintain Workday HCM modules
• Maintain security settings
• Intervene in business processes requiring HR administrator validation or action
• Evolve existing reports, create new reports, dashboard & KPIs for HR
• System and Data Integrity: Integrate system reports, audits and alerts to verify data accuracy, conduct and facilitate complex Workday system tests, identify discrepancies and establish plans to address them.
• Identify and track metrics to monitor users and usage
• Ensure the security settings are compliant with the regulations

2/ Development of the tool:

• Evaluation of business processes: identify and prioritize the necessary evolutions
• Lead the integration of the evolution of business processes (conditional rules, security, alerts, notifications)
• Recommend, and implement Workday HCM enhancements, best practices, and operational processes that help automate, build efficiencies, enable self-service, and eliminate manual processes
• Gather requirements to integrate into Workday with other tools
• Collaborate closely with IT/Finance Systems to lead Workday Releases and ensure alignment across the Workday platform
• Coordinate and plan new feature requirements with Workday
• Coordinate with the other Workday module owners to ensure an shared Governance and alignment among all modules.

3/ Tool support:

• User support: act as functional expert and operational contact / provide support to key users / maintain documentation for users, managers or HR employees / speak to system administrators when necessary
• Assist in the development of a change process, communication and training
• In alignment with the change team, define content for upcoming Workday processes documentation
• Ticket management (bugs, questions, evolutions)

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in HRIS
• Workday HCM experience
• Business Process Transformation experience would be very beneficial
• Global experience beneficial
• Workday configuration experience + including supporting a global implementation of Workday
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast paced, performance driven environment
• Cross-functional project management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• A customer service mindset and approach to supporting the business
• Desire to build consumer like digital experiences in Workday for
