Summary

What You'll Do

• Act as liaison between business and P&C Global Operations team translating business requirements into techno-functional requirements
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and distribute meeting outcomes
• Capture requirements using standard documentation, forms, templates
• Ensure traceability from origin and source through solutioning and design
• Create and maintain decision register for requirements related decisions. Manage changes to the requirements.
• Create business process diagrams reflecting “As Is” and “Future” state using process mapping tools such as Signavio or Visio
• Create Standard Operating Procedures for all in-scope processes
• Create test plans, cases and execute test scripts and perform readiness reviews
• Align with P&C Service Operations and Systems team to understand business needs and expectations
• Align with Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution of initiatives
• Set proper expectations with business stakeholders and effectively manage ongoing expectations for requirements.
• Work across teams, vendors and P&C Operations on the planning, coordination and implementation of projects and initiatives
• Act as Tier 3 Subject Matter Expert in those P&C functions supported and provide guidance, support and training to resources in Tier 1 and Tier 2.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of techno- functional Workday HCM and Recruitment experience (any other modules are a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deep P&C/HR operational knowledge across benefits, employee experience, recruiting, absence management, talent
• Project management experience
• Demonstrable success communicating, consulting, influencing, and building relationships at all levels in an organization with an emphasis on promoting a culture of positivity, teamwork and results
• Highly self-sufficient, skilled at leading in ambiguity, and making impactful, data-driven decisions in a high speed, performance focused organization
• Possessing highly developed analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to plan, implement, measure, and scale the best balance between candidate, customers, and the process
• Ability to work flexible schedule when workload warrants
