Magic Leap is looking for a part time HRBP to lead end to end HR for the Israeli site.

Weill act as employee champion and formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the Isfaeli site and the organization

Job Description

  • Manage E2E hiring processes
  • Proactively partner and collaborate across the global HR organization, share information and provide thought leadership and a solution-oriented direction.
  • Help our managers identify, grow and retain top talent within their teams and become the focal point for all people issues under your partnership, proactively surfacing and addressing them before they become complex issues.
  • Welfare - Take full responsibility for employee welfare, such as company events and important events in the life cycle of each employee.
  • Working closely with global HR
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a global high-tech organization
  • Experience conducting HR interviews and excellent assessment skills
  • knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Previous experience in HR processes implementation
  • Able to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the organization
  • Highly operationally-minded, master collaborator, and communication
  • Relevant academic Degree is a must, M.A\ MBA is an advantage
  • High-level English-written and spoken.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and a “can do” approach.
