We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and collaboration-oriented, HR operations manager to join our HR task force .
What you will be doing:
- As an HR operations manager, you will be to ensure the operational implementation of the administration management within the company and to be a transversal support for the realization of various projects with the People Director.
- Administration : You will be in charge of the production of all administration documents linked to the employee’s life in the society (from hiring to leaving) , manage the payroll management, carry out social and legal watch.
- Quality of life at work: Help in the establishment of a good quality of life at work: onboarding, tools & communication for a good work environment...
- Support in skills management: help in setting up partnerships with schools, support for announcements, support for HR on recruitments & career evolution.
- Communication: Support in the development of the corporate culture.
What are looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or in HR department.
- Good spoken and written english and french communication.
- Knowledges in french administration
- Knowledges in social labor law would be a real plus
- You are a critical thinker, problem solver, and pro-active: you like to evolve in a moving environment.
- You are autonomous, multitasking and organized with an analytical and synthetic spirit.
- Natural relationship builder with true team spirit: you are able to interact with different departments.
- Good communication skills, you like to work in a collaborative spirit.
- Skills: project management, HR, Social labor, communication.
