We are looking for a positive and responsive HR Team Assistant who will champion our team and raise team morale by managing leader schedules, managing our office space, coordinating onboarding efforts, planning team events, and acting as the point of contact for team needs. Our ideal candidate will need to be a critical thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Please note that over 50% of this role is expected to be calendar management/scheduling for our HR Leadership Team.

We want your help with:
- Managing the calendars and meetings for our Blizzard HR Leadership Team members (could include our Franchise People Officers, Head of Culture, Head of Compensation, Head of DE&I, etc.)
- Planning meetings and calls, including calls across multiple time zones around the globe
- Onboarding and offboarding Irvine-based and remote HR team members
- Processing expense reports and invoices (Concur, iProc)
- Contract routing
- Requesting people data and developing reports
- Acting as the primary point of contact for building maintenance, beautification initiatives, and facilities requests
- Organizing various special meetings, team activities, merchandise distribution, and team special events
- Cultivating and maintaining a pleasant and productive office environment
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail distribution
- Managing office and event supply inventory
- Handling other duties as needed
You’re good with:
- Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Initiative, handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Details and able to see the big picture
- Discretion when handling confidential matters, acting with integrity
- Verbal and written communications to a wide range of partners
- Bringing positivity and a can-do attitude in every task
Bonus points for:
- Prior administrative assistant experience
- Graphic design (e.g., Photoshop) experience

We are currently working under a temporary remote or hybrid work model and are continuing to interview and hire during this time. This role is anticipated to be assigned as a hybrid work model position.
