HR Talent Development Working Student (f/m/d)

Job Description
The Human Resources Talent Development Working Student supports all operational tasks. You will assist in finding new training opportunities and have a good sense for trends. Together with the team, you ensure that planned training sessions are carried out to the full satisfaction of everyone. You will also participate in the consultation of employees.
Your tasks will be:
- Providing assistance to Talent Development tasks and projects
- Coordinating and organizing training sessions in collaboration with internal colleagues and external providers
- Administration of our internal learning platform
- Organization of training files
- Administration of the training follow-up process
- Library inventory
- Managing and supervising on- and off-site training sessions from start to end
- Supporting the creation of new training ideas and concepts
Qualifications
- Student of economics or psychology with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable degree program
- Strong administrative and organizational focus
- Service-oriented and emphatic
- Very good spoken and written English language skills and fluent German language skills
- Available for a period of at least 6 months
