Job Title: HR Systems and Insights Manager
Job Summary: The HR Systems and Insights Manager will be critical in developing the roadmap activating, implementing, and adjusting the tool and technology sets that support The Pokémon Company International’s (TPCi) employee population. This includes the establishment and ongoing administration of a Workday HCM and LMS to support short and long-range goals, and those tool’s interaction with other support systems. This role will partner with experts in the HR discipline and work in conjunction with stakeholders in and outside of the People Team (HR) to develop and implement or redesign systems, reports and policies and procedures for internal use. This role will also focus on analyzing and reporting changes to the employee base which may impact mission critical initiatives. HR tools, technology, and insights will need be built in a way to both globalize and localize to reflect the unique makeup of the company while also providing a best-in-class enterprise approach. This role will ensure training, documentation, change adoption and maintenance are a part of approach. This role will consult frequently with vendors, and collaborate with other departments to gain alignment, leverage expertise, and solicit support

What you’ll do
- Manage people-first technology projects through evaluation, providing recommendation, and implementation of new HR Technology.
- Define and gather requirements internally across all stakeholders and work closely with project team and vendor to develop stories and use cases that will aid with implementation.
- Contribute to HR technology roadmap in close partnership with the Head Total Rewards & People Operations, Chief People Officer and other key leaders.
- Deliver and define/re-define metrics, ensuring an ever-increasing coverage of reporting and analysis is provided to the Pokémon population.
- Collaborate with HR analysts to deliver best in class reporting across the organization.
- Manage advocacy with external vendors and proactively provide guidance and training on tools to end users, whether in the People Team or within the business.
- Change management for the transition and successful adoption of new technology to the People team and all stakeholders.
- Partner closely with systems analysts across the organization to map HR systems to infrastructure roadmap.
- When necessary, recommend and implement new processes to bridge tools gaps in order to meet current and future strategic business needs.
- Responsible for change plan management regarding systems upgrades and new feature releases, ensuring successful rollouts, adoption, and user training.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Masters preferred with a focus in Organization Development, HR, or related, preferred.
- 8+ years of experience implementing and managing HR Technologies for a multinational company or global brand, and incredibly deep technical expertise of Human Resources Information Systems.
- Strong point of view and experience in applying the lens of equity, inclusion, and diversity across the employee lifecycle including processes, programs, and products.
- Experience with a multitude of HR technology with an ERP focus, anywhere from survey tools to applicant tracking systems.
- Proven experience facilitating groups to outcomes in new and innovative ways.
- Proven ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Experience with the hands-on work, as this role will work side by side with our people to get things done.
