Job Description
As our new HR Studio Manager (f/m/d) at Ubisoft Düsseldorf, you will report to the HR Director and become an integral part of the HR leadership team, driving and championing the development and implementation of HR policies, processes & programs. It is also in your responsibility to develop your processes and your team to constantly be a trustful and professional consultant and coach to the managers and teams concerning all relevant HR and labor law topics.
Your role is to be the key point of contact in the studio concerning HR matters for the business and to help the teams to perform a strategical People Management according to our Ubisoft's values, frameworks and concepts as well as to shape the employees experience alongside the steps of the employees life cycle.
What you will do:
- Consulting and coaching HR Business Partners and managers, regarding all employee life cycle activities and labor law
- Consulting managers and team leads regarding organizational development and team development as well as supporting teams during change processes
- Drive to the optimization of the HR processes and their compliance
- Connect and network with the HR Managers of the other studios as well as with the Expertise Centers (Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure continuous improvement of our overall HR work and a constant employee experience within Ubisoft Blue Byte GmbH
- Lead and develop your own team in line with the HR vision and the HR values
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Successful finalized studies in economics, management or business (HR focus) or equivalent
- 3-6 years of experience as HR Business Partner or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years managerial experience
- Very good knowledge of labor law and social security law
- Very good organizational skills
- Analytical and strategical orientated mind-set and high capacity for teamworking/networking
- Excellent command of English and German both in oral and written form
- Preciseness, adherence to schedule and discretion is a must have
- Knowledge of the games industry is an advantage
