We are headquartered in Seoul, South Korea and sit within the KRAFTON, Inc. corporation. From our Amsterdam office, we cover Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the CIS region, and have teams dedicated to Product Management, Esports, Content, Communications, Creative, Merchandise, HR and more. We are also creating a new game here, with a growing development team working on a brand-new IP.
We are in search of an enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated person for the HR Generalist role to join us in our Amsterdam office! Our HR Generalist is the first point of contact for any HR related question and will continuously support our managers and employees in the EMEA region.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about HR then this position is for you. Ultimately, you will gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions. You will be reporting directly to the Head of HR & General Affairs.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all HR related matters
- Advisor on all employment issues
- Personnel Administration
- Preboarding, Onboarding and Induction of new hires
- Health and Safety (Arbo)
- Communication with UWV, SVB and Belastingdienst when needed
- Pension Fund
- Absence management (sickness and holidays)
- Payroll support
- Grievances
- Some Office Management tasks when Office Manager is absent
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years HR experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Dutch Labor Law, Dutch Payroll Tax and the Arbo legislation
- Experience with complex and matrix organizations in a multinational/multicultural company
- Experience with payroll (preparing for payroll runs and checking results)
- Assertive, detail oriented and a self-starter
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Experience with knowledge migrant visa’s and the 30% ruling
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

- Experience in the Gaming Industry
- Multilingual (French, German, Spanish or other European language)
- A passion for the games, the gaming industry and PUBG game
