We are headquartered in Seoul, South Korea and sit within the KRAFTON, Inc. corporation. From our Amsterdam office, we cover Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the CIS region, and have teams dedicated to Game Development, Product Management, Esports, Content, Communications, Creative, Merchandise, HR and more.
Our office is situated in the Amsterdam Arena area, a buzzing business hub in the south-eastern part of the city. Accommodating some of the world’s largest and most exciting companies, the area also transforms at night into a popular social destination. We are in search of an enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated person for the HR Specialist role to join us in our Amsterdam office! Our HR Specialist is the first point of contact for any HR related question and will continuously support our managers and employees in the EMEA region.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about HR then this position is for you. Ultimately, you will gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions. You will be reporting directly to the Head of HR & General Affairs.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all HR related matters
- Personnel Administration
- Preboarding, Onboarding and Induction of new hires
- Health and Safety (Arbo)
- Communicate with UWV, SVB and Belastingdienst when needed
- Pension Fund
- Sickness leave
- Some Office Management tasks when Office Manager is absent
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years HR experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Dutch Labor Law including the Arbo legislation
- Assertive, detail oriented and a self-starter
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Experience in a multinational/multicultural company
Pluses
- Experience in the Gaming Industry
- Experience with Workday
- Multilingual (French, German, Spanish or other European language)
- A passion for the games, the gaming industry and PUBG game
