Position Overview
This position should focus on KR Payroll to ensure monthly expense and taxes are paid correctly on time in line with AOP. This role will be also supporting HRBP to prepare our policies, procedures, and local programs which are in alignment with the organizational strategy and evaluating competitor’s status. Also, this person should monitor the payroll interface to ensure compliance, data integrity, and managing third-party HR vendor resources such as brokers and consultants.
Role and Responsibility
Compensation & Benefits
•Manage monthly payroll and retirement pension
•Respond to tax audits from government
•Prepare budget & compensation planning data for forecasting purpose
•Manage local insurance and year-end tax return with external payroll vendor
•Spport the annual merit increase process and bonus (Profit Sharing) planing
• Develop proper HR activities and policies to be aligned with business needs
HRIS
•Ensure data accuracy of the new working hour program from all employees
•Generate weekly time & cost analysis report to each department head to stabilize the time management flow
Others
• HR Policy and Data Management
• Support & engage operation of the HR employee communication programs.

Minimum Requirement
Experience
• 3 + years of HRM experience including a minimum of 3 years of C&B in multinational companies
• Experience in Workday management is preferred
Knowledge & Skills
• MS office, especially Excel, proficiency is strongly required
• Good knowledge of Korea Labor Law
• Good communication skill in both English and Korean
