HR Recruiter/TA (Contract Job - 6 months)

Job description.

• End to End Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Post Offer Follow up and getting the candidate on Board.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation till joining
• Screening and sorting the candidates as per the experience and the level of CTC
• Own the recruitment process which includes: job postings, screening, and hiring manager preparation of interviews
• Conduct reference checks, prepare employee and hiring manager for "Day One" experience and generally create an outstanding candidate experience
• Maintains and updates job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• HR Operations

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as HR / Recruiter role with a minimum of one year relevant HR experience in a highly proactive, employee-focused company.
• High EQ with strong written, oral, and presentation skills, confident negotiator
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
• A graduate of an accredited university/college with a bachelor degree in Human Resources Management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude
• Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel and Word and/or Google office suite
