Team
Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of four teams: People, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
Role
You will own and drive high-stake projects related to our HR Strategy, Talent Management, Automation of HR processes, Career Development. You will be key in bringing immediate and scalable solutions seeking longer-term results.
You work in a structured way, are not afraid to do it in a fast-paced environment, and you trust that having fun at work is the best way to be efficient. You are data driven, think big, take ownership of your actions and always look for new ways to disrupt the status quo.
Your day-to-day role:
- Work closely with VP HR, Top Management and HR Team to identify strategic HR areas
- Actively contribute to building a top-notch HR function based on excellence, proactivity and automation
- Propose solutions to increase efficiency of our global HR processes
- Design and lead projects matching company’s interests with employees expectations for key HR topics such as performance reviews, talent management, leadership & management programs
Profile
- Significant experience in HR in an international environment or Tier 1 Consulting firm
- Full proficiency in French and English
- Problem-solving enthusiasm with capacity to both take a step back and tackle very hands-on topics
- Data-driven with great communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of the organization
