Position Overview
This is a temporary position.
Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a passionate and experienced HR project manager with strong sourcing and account management skills working for the Korea OW studio. The ideal candidate will have extensive professional experience recruiting and HR general professionals. The HR Project manager is responsible for organizing recruitment activities leading job openings across multiple teams, and supporting entity set up projects associated with HR partners.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement hiring strategy plans, fulfill all job openings through high quality, high efficiency approaches.
- Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all studio collaborators including hiring managers, candidates, HR colleagues, and external agencies.
- Advise hiring managers on hiring needs, Job Descriptions and hiring process.
- Support establishment of Korea studio entity with creating rules of employment and employee contract management.
- Build and implement human resources policies including time management according to KR labor standard act and support compliance with legal regulations.
- Local time and attendance system set up for 52 hours workweek, leave system
- Run local payroll, national insurance, and benefit programs for studio employees.
- Initiate and run employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Proactively provide general administrative support with studio HR partners as needed including annual process such as performance management, processing merit and promotions.
- Maintain compliance and integrity of all HR systems data through various audit processes in agreement with Compensation, HR experience team.
- Proactively identifies problem areas and proposes solutions, both within the team being supported and within HR
- Other duties and special projects as assigned if needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a TA and HRBP roles in a multinational company
- Fluent in both English and Korean
- Strong candidate assessment skills and negotiation skills.
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
- This position requires a confident, data-driven, analytical, collaborative and influential HR professional who can work optimally within creative teams
- Consistent track record of leading and delivering high-quality HR services across all subject areas to all levels of employees
- Self-starter, highly motivated and achievement oriented
- Able to maintain a strict code of confidentiality and discretion
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet timelines
