HR Project Manager (H/F)

Job Description

Ubisoft's IT teams are growing fast, and this will intensify in the years to come. So we are equipping ourselves with solid HR processes and launching large-scale HR projects across our Worldwide IT organization: today more than 1,200 people spread over 12 departments in 21 countries.

By joining the HR department of Worldwide IT HQ, you will strengthen the team that coordinate all our HR processes and projects on the Worldwide IT scope.

In this context, we are creating this position reporting to the Talent Manager. You will focus on the Talent Development section.

First, you will help us kick start our Learning/Training activity for Worldwide IT. So there is a lot to create and implement - it's exciting but it also means that not everything is pre-defined. Navigate through unknown territories will be part of the job!

The main missions of this role are:

• Carry out an audit of our existing Learning/Training state of affairs, through collecting and consolidating technical training plans across Worldwide IT;
• Build, with the support of experts from our IT teams, technical training programs for Worldwide IT (e. g. create a program for our developers population to support their transition to DevOps);
• Connect and gather the IT HR community specialized in Learning/Training (e.g. share providers recommendations, innovative training initiatives, etc.)

Depending on the needs of operational staff, this role may change over time. This could include, for example, expanding the Learning/Training activity, developing the Performance, Careers, etc. activities; always within the Talent development space.

On a daily basis, you will interact with the IT HR teams, the Group HR teams, the IT VPs and directors, who are based all around the world.

And what does your team look like? You would join a team of 6, working on Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employee experience, who also know how to relax and find their own spirit of player, whether that's involving choir, squash, improv theatre, cinema, food, etc.!

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you hold a Master’s degree (or an equivalent degree) and have a solid experience as HR project manager of at least 3 years (excluding internships, apprenticeships and work placements) on talent management, performance, careers, or training projects, for technical or emerging jobs.

Finally, if you know how to bake the lemon meringue pie exactly to your future manager's taste (the meringue should be neither too soft, nor too dry, nor too sweet) then you score a bonus point.
