Your Mission
The HR Process Improvement Lead will be responsible for the effectiveness of our Integrated HR Operating Model by continuously improving the underlying processes that drive efficiency, alignment and scalability. The role will also be responsible for ensuring excellence in the delivery of the employee workforce experience.
The ideal candidate has implemented and scaled process improvements and enhanced employee experience across all aspects of a workforce lifecycle in a complex global environment.
This role reports to the VP HR Operations and Technology.
Responsibilities
- Build a roadmap of prioritized HR process improvement initiatives by evaluating current state and developing future vision.
- Design and implement process improvements to reinforce an enhanced HR Operations, HR Technology and Centers of Excellence delivery model that enables the company’s strategic objectives
- Owns the requirements collection/analysis, design, and implementation of process improvement initiatives across multiple HR disciplines, functions, and geographies
- Facilitate process design workshops, translate requirements into design specifications, build test and implementation plans
- Create comprehensive training/change management/communication and ongoing strategies to ensure long term success of initiatives
- Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of initiatives/process changes
- Act as subject matter expert on HR processes ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and available for accurate tier 0 inquiry and tier 1 support
Player Profile
- 9+ years of HR process improvement experience (in an internal process improvement function or at a consulting firm)
- Expert project management skills
- Working knowledge of best-in-class HR practices, including automation, digitalization, and consumer-like employee experiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to drive alignment
- Global mindset
- Innovative change agent who does not accept status quo
- Stellar communication and facilitation skills
- Laser focus on removing friction in user experiences
- Understanding of leading HR Operating models
- Ability to build highly productive partnerships cross functionally (HR COEs, HRBPs, IT, Finance, Legal, etc.)
- Able to thrive and operate in an ever-changing environment
- Comfort with ambiguity; strong judgment and ability to provide well-informed solutions
- Expert Excel skills and experience with building/running reports, interpreting, and manipulating data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio or other process mapping tools
- Tech enthusiast
- Six Sigma certification a plus
- BA or BS required
