Job Description

Your role

As an HR Partner you’ll be responsible for all HR processes in the areas of employees relations, recruitment, training and development, performance and career management and be knowledgeable in payroll and the local labor legislation. You will perform all the functions related to employee relations within the studio and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Your daily adventure

MANAGE COMPLEX EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ISSUES
Proactively diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions

DEVELOP OUTSTANDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH LEADERS AND TEAMS
and provide ongoing support, coaching and counsel to them

HANDLE THE FULL SOURCING AND RECRUITMENT CYCLE
for the respective job functions

SUPPORT PERFORMANCE, PROFESSIONAL AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT MATTERS
for the respective job functions in their area of responsibility

ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN ALL HR PROJECTS/PROCESSES
including succession planning, organizational design, talent development design, performance management, workforce planning, recognition initiatives and others

ASSISTS IN THE OVERALL DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
of the training plan of the studio, with focus on the job families they are responsible for

PARTICIPATE IN DIFFERENT STUDIO ACTIVITIES
and global projects

ACT AS A GUARDIAN OF COMPANY VALUES
and Ubisoft’s culture

Qualifications

Your skills

EXPERIENCE
4+ years of previous experience as HR Partner in High-tech industry
Significant expertise in all HR areas

KNOWLEDGE
Proficiency in English and MS Office package

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Collaborate effectively with other team members
Ability to adapt their communication style to different audiences

ABILITY TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
with both employees and management
