HR Partner

Flying Wild Hog is a gaming studio consisting of an experienced team with a great track record in creating and delivering the best games. We have offices in Warsaw, Kraków and Rzeszów. About the position:

We are looking for HR Partner / Generalist for Flying Wild Hog – Warsaw. If you are an experienced and self-motivated team player who wants to help us create a Hog's culture, manage core HR activities like work with leaders at varying levels of the organization or recruit new Hogs - send your CV and join us!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and/or actively participate in HR projects (eg.creation of the feedback’s standards in the organisation)
• Take on various HR roles in order to support the employees (as a recruiter, coach, mediator or business partner)
• Collaborate with leads to define recruiting strategies and plans
• Manage multiple administrative tasks and recruiting processes
• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
• Cooperate with a legal department to prepare and complete documents required to obtain a visa and work permit

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in HR field and 1 year in a similar position
• University degree is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think independently, out of the box and proactively solve problems
• Well organized, detail-oriented and used to work under time pressure
• Very good practical knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
• Experience in video gaming industry or interested in playing games will be a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
