HR Operations specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated HR Operations Specialist acts as a subject-matter expert on HR Processes across the full employee lifecycle in Wargaming Warsaw. Person in this role ensures that the HR teams are adhering to local and global standard procedures and setup of the HR Service. What will you do?

• Conducting and maintaining all HR processes for company employees (from onboarding, hiring, adaptation, to offboarding) with the preparation of the necessary documents.
• Administer and support benefit programs for employees (Medical insurance, Multisport, internal WG programs)
• Maintain and update employee data and files in HR system, and HR policies
• Support onboarding information to new hires, and support offboarding practices
• Be a contact person for employees regarding HR processes (vacations, sick leave, documents and legalization, etc.)
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR operations, recommending and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with other HR team members on various HR projects and initiatives, ensuring effective HR service delivery throughout the organization

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations/ HR Shared Services for a global company
• Knowledge of Polish labor legislation
• Fluent Polish, English minimum B1
• Knowledge of HRMS, MS Office, Confluence, Jira would be beneficial
• The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and work in cross-functional teams
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
• A proactive way of working to serve customers with a "can-do" attitude
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• A Bachelor's degree

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Knowledge of Russian would be beneficial
