HR Operations Specialist

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for an HR Operations specialist, who will be a part of Serbia HR Team, which supports the newly established and very fast-growing organization in Belgrade. HR Operations specialist will provide support in the development of Serbian office in various aspects of the HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, relocations, transfers, vacation tracking, sick lists tracking, bonus calculations, HR statistics and reporting, private medical insurance, migration.
It is a great opportunity for a mature HR specialist to join and professionally grow together with the new team when building and strengthening HR agenda.

What will you do?

• Be a point of contact for Belgrade employees
• Full scope of HR Ops work related to employee’s onboarding/offboarding/transfers
• Prepare HR related documentation, system administration and control
• Maintain employee database and staff records
• Support the relocation process in close collaboration with HR relocations specialist
• Actively participate in the implementation of new personnel management processes
• Collaborate with other segments for HR related matters (finance, administration, legal, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as with labor law requirements

What we are looking for

• 3-5+ years of related experience as HR admin/HR Ops specialist
• Deep knowledge and solid practical experience in area of Serbian Labor Law
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (experience within cross-cultural environment is a plus)
• Result driven, flexible and proactive approach
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic and changing multicultural environment
• Computer literacy: strong in excel, HRMS (is a plus)
• Fluency in English and Serbian
