Our goal is to make it easy for our employees to work at Unity. We’re after a HR Operations Specialist to help us deliver on that goal. In this role you will collaborate with the regional and global HR teams and other teams (finance, workplace experience, IT etc.) to deliver smooth and easy to use HR operations in EMEA. You’ll work across all EMEA countries and will have a strong focus on Denmark and Sweden when it comes to Benefits, Time & Leave. You’ll work closely and align with our HR Location Partners to make sure that all we do is compliant and works for the culture of our offices.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll provide an excellent employee experience within well defined Service Areas. By delivering on transactional work related to hire & onboard, benefits, time & leave, total compensation, worker inquiries, changes, offboard and data and science management, you will constant strive to make things better for our employees
- You’ll maintain accurate and on time data in our HR information system, Workday; also supporting, suggesting and driving fixes and system improvements
- You’ll have responsibility for the running of our time off and benefit plans for Denmark and Sweden (vacation, leave of absences, pensions, health etc) - driving forward tight and efficient processes that are built to scale
- You’ll work closely with the EMEA payroll team to deliver accurate and timely payroll information changes for monthly payroll, our HR Location Partners team to ensure full compliance with the local law employment landscape, and engage with other teams across the business to drive and deliver various HR Operational projects
- You'll partner with our wonderful team of EMEA HR Operations Specialists (based in France, Lithuania and the UK) to share your experience and knowledge with the team, learn from others, and align on new initiatives
What we’re looking for
- HR Operations is your thing! You will thrive in a role that involves transactional and operational tasks and have experience of working in an operational HR role ideally within a very fast-paced, international organization
- You are highly motivated and self-managing, with excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- You have a high level of attention to detail and strive for 100% data accuracy and integrity in everything you do
- You are driven by delivering great customer service and success, always focused and committed to ensure HR does the best job possible for our partners.
You might also have
- You have a sound working knowledge of Danish employment law and benefits, and ideally have worked in HR across multiple countries. Extra points if they are any of the following: Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland
- You are eager to try new and creative approaches. You're in the know of all the latest solutions and have a point of view on their value; we don’t want traditional solutions unless they happen to be the best ones
- Experience working with colleagues from many different cultures across international offices or experience working at a technology company
