Job Description
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, to provide full spectrum HR support to the largest AAA Studio here in SEA! You will be part of a cohesive and dynamic HR team, performing a variety of HR tasks outlined below. Adept with strong interpersonal skills, you will also perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Payroll Administration (50%)
- Prepares monthly instruction for payroll vendor; ensures prompt and correct payments and deductions in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Ensures prompt statutory submissions (CPF, IR21) and annual e-filing of IR8A.
- Ensures timely and accurate submission of government claims, e.g. NS make-up pay, government paid maternity/paternity leave and childcare leave etc.
- Coordinates with Finance team to facilitate proper posting of monthly payroll, HR expenses, deductions and relevant government statutory claims
HR Operational task (25%)
Administers processes relating to:
- Hiring Onboarding: Preparation of employment contracts; creation of P-file record in internal HRIS; an ensuring accurate payroll data is being populated application of Employment Pass and Dependent Pass; Disbursement of relocation benefits;
- Employment milestones: Administrative support for employment confirmation, promotion, annual salary review, bonus payments, change of job family, and disciplinary actions; if any
- Employee Data: Maintenance of employee personal data in HRIS; application, renewal & cancellation of Employment Pass & Dependent Pass; generation of employment verification letters
- Exit: Administration of resignations; final salary calculation, tax filing and exit clearance
Employee Benefits & Services (25%)
Assist in the administration of the following:
- Annual Leaves and other absences: Annual entitlement refresh; updates and adjustments for international mobility employees; answers staff queries on entitlement and policy; encashment of unused leave to resigned employees
- Medical, dental and other insurance: Annual enrolment exercise (benefits upgrades/downgrades, enrolment of dependents to corporate plan), enrolment of new employees and deletion of resigned staff;
- Flexible benefits account: Annual entitlement refresh; set up account and entitlement for new employees, closure of account for resigned employees
- Long Service Awards & Goodwill gifts (e.g. new-born baby cash gift, get-well soon hampers)
- Point of contact on employees’ queries related to compensation and benefits topics
- Active participation in HR Projects
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experienced in similar capacity role before
- Possess excellent knowledge of local Singapore Employment act and regulations is a must
- Excellent work ethics; able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity
- Conscientious, organized worker, meticulous with an eye for details. Good with numerical and analytical skills.
- Dependable, fast learner, proactive and adaptable to thrive within a fast-paced environment and able to consistently meet deadlines.
- Able to work both on a team and independently to deliver results with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
