HR Coordinator, Maternity Cover

We are currently looking for a HR Coordinator. It will be a maternity cover for a period of 14 months starting in October. By joining IO Interactive, you will become part of a highly international environment, full of creative and passionate game developers.

As HR Coordinator, you will report to the Head of HR. You will work closely with the rest of the HR team in updating and maintaining HR processes and ensuring exemplary HR service. We are looking for a highly organized and service-minded colleague with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a strong eye for details.

Basic Roles and Responsibilities

• Update and maintain HR processes
• Prepare & coordinate legal documents such as contracts, addendums & salary letters
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for our new employees
• Keep employee data up to date in our HR-systems (Visma, Peakon & Hibob)
• Assist and coordinate relocation and temporary apartments together with our relocation agency, spouse care service and special tax lawyer for foreign employees moving to Denmark
• Manage the employee handbook for IOI Copenhagen
• Update HR data & statistic
• Be the go-to-person for legal HR matters in IOI Copenhagen
• Ensure we are compliant with GDPR
• Provide general HR service and advice to the organization
• Be a culture bearer and support the Head of HR
• Drive the Health & Safety Committee

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business is desirable.
• You have minimum 1 years of hands-on, administrative HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Danish labour law.
• You are highly proactive, structured, thorough, and accountable
• You feel at home in an international and multicultural environment, able to relate to creative people in an informal workplace.
• You are a clear communicator with a calm and approachable personality
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Danish.
