PeopleFun is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator that will oversee office operations at our Richardson, TX office, as well as studio-wide employee experience and events. This is a unique opportunity to be part of PeopleFun’s HR team and make a large impact on company culture, reporting to our Senior HR Manager.
*This is an on-site, in office opportunity in Richardson, TX
Responsibilities:
- Represent the ‘face’ of the office in a highly visible role, often at the main reception desk
- Directly interface with and provide office support for executives
- Plan and execute various internal activities/events and meetings for both in-office and remote employees (for example: executive and large meetings, milestone celebrations, team-building, happy hours)
- Lead daily office operations
- Manage relationships with external contacts and vendors
- Purchase and inventory management of swag, equipment and supplies
- Lead new hire onboarding, orientation and set-up for both remote and in-office employees
- Planning space and seating, including communal workspaces
- Organize office maintenance and cleaning
- Book and manage travel as needed
- Receive and allocate company department-related mail and packages
- Support ad hoc requests and projects for HR operations, including Workday data entry, expense reimbursements, program support, etc.
Requirements:
- The ability to meet goals and deadlines in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple tasks and projects under timelines and shifting priorities
- Strong detail-oriented organizational, project and time management skills
- A willingness to “jump in” when needed
- Approachable, professional, solutions-oriented communication
- Ability to understand and exercise discretion when needed in confidential matters
- Experience working with management and people at all levels, including executives
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack
- Confluence proficiency is a plus
