Job Description

Mission of the Role

The HR Officer plays a key role in providing quality human resources services and high standards of people excellence to the organization. Reporting to the IT HR Business Partner for APAC region, you act as an HR advisor for team-members and support the daily people matters including, but are not limited to, the human resources processes and programs, recruitment, payroll, training & development support. In order to succeed in this role, you need to be people-oriented, agile, logical and responsible in a fast-paced creative environment.

Specific Responsibilities

· HR Advisor for employees: You will provide in-time answer to staff queries on HR matters including HR policies & regulations, pay slips, visa, social insurance, leaves & absences etc. You will support team-members throughout their journey at Ubisoft: onboarding, career & mobility, development, exit.

· HR Operations: You will handle HR information system updates based on requests, Archiving HR data and documentation, deal with leaves & absences, International mobility, support payroll submission and Staffing forecast

· Recruitment: You will participate to all recruitment activities from publishing job offers, arranging interviews with hiring manager and candidates and Offer preparation (depending on your experience, either full cycle or progressively move to full cycle recruitment).

· Onboarding: You will provide onboarding orientation to newcomers, prepare arrival with hiring managers, ensure readiness of workspace logistics, collect onboarding documents, Analyze onboarding survey and propose improvement actions

· Training: You will participate to sourcing training vendors and training offer, organize training activities including logistics, agenda, invitation arrangements, follow satisfaction of trainings and assess performance of vendors

· Internal Communication: You will organize internal communication events (game sessions, employee survey launch etc.), Support organization of team-buildings & team events, Support HR newsletter

· HR Events: You champion and promote HR initiatives across the teams (HR programs, events, training offer, etc.)

· Support on ad hoc projects

Qualifications

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree and above

· Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

· Communication skills (oral, writing) and interpersonal skills

· Fast learner, agility to function in a changing and fast-paced environment and enjoy VUCA situation

· Strong work ethics, able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity

· Self-driven, Intellectual curiosity, ability to propose and implement solutions and improvements

· Able to work both on a team and independently to deliver results

· Adapt to different cultures and personalities

· Fluent English and Chinese
